At Mehramz, your satisfaction is our priority. We strive to provide the best products and services, but we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. This policy outlines how we handle refunds, returns, and exchanges to ensure a seamless experience for our customers.
Eligibility for Returns and Refunds
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers).
- Intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids/gases.
- Gift cards, downloadable software products, or health/personal care items marked as non-returnable.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in these cases:
- Items with obvious signs of use.
- Opened CDs, DVDs, software, video games, or vinyl records.
- Any item not in its original condition or missing parts due to reasons not caused by our error.
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refund Process
- Return Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it.
- Notification: You’ll be notified via email whether your return has been approved or rejected.
- Processing: If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original method of payment within 7 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank account and contact your credit card provider, as processing times can vary.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same product, email us at {your email address} with the details and ship the item to: support@mehramz.com
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale or discounted items are non-refundable.
Gifts
- If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, a gift credit will be issued for the value of the return.
- If the gift wasn’t shipped directly to you, the refund will go to the original purchaser.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, please ship it to: support@mehramz.com
- You are responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- For higher-value items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure safe delivery.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, we’re happy to offer:
- A full refund (product cost + shipping cost).
- A free reshipment of the item.
To process your request, please provide the following within 7 days of receiving the order:
- Photos or videos clearly showing the damage or defect.
- An image of the shipping label and barcode.
Note: Minor scratches or dents due to shipping are not eligible for refunds.
Lost or Incorrect Items
We will reship or refund under the following conditions:
- Missing items: Provide a photo of the received package and its contents.
- Incorrect items: Share a photo of the incorrect product and the shipping label.
- Lost orders: If tracking shows the parcel was delivered but the customer hasn’t received it, evidence of a refund to your customer is required for us to process your claim.
Customized Products
Customized products are non-refundable due to the unique costs associated with their production. However, if there’s a clear quality issue, we will gladly arrange a remake of the item.
